Unless we are already booked on a prior service call we will try to offer same-day service in the case of an emergency. Please call us directly for emergency service (587-435-1222) to ensure the best response time.

Once we do an assessment of your home or business we will give you an estimate of what the project will cost. In most cases this will be a flat fee and we will stick to this amount as best we can. Should any unforeseen complications arise that we were not aware of when taking the job, additional charges could apply. In this instance we will notify you well in advance to see if you still want to proceed. We will not charge you extra for any work you don’t agree to.

Yes with all of our electrical work we offer a 1-year warranty. During that time if you have any problems with our electrical work we will do any repairs free of charge. Some conditions may apply and we will explain any details to you in advance.

Yes it is free to have one of our technicians come and visit your home in person. This is actually the best way to get an accurate quote as opposed to phone or email so we can check out all factors involved in the job. Once we visit your home you are under no further obligation at that point.
